do you actually use ? Training with SMART Board Interactive Whiteboard

As accredited Smart trainers, our "hands on" Smart Board training sessions are designed to maximize the learning experience, and to ensure that ALL staff can benefit from this new technology. If your staff are not confident with the use of the Smart Board software, they won’t use it. . We often find that users know how to use the basic tools but never progress from this.

Our Smart Board training sessions can take place on your premises, at a time to suit you for up to 10 people. Each session is designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 participants to maintain a hands-on interactive environment

Interactive whiteboard usability and resource program

The program is run at two different levels for beginners and advanced learners. A full day session will cover both elements of the program but you can if you wish split the program to two half days.

Beginner’s course
The aim of this training session is to provide a basic understanding of interactive technology. These people will master the basics of SMART Board interactive whiteboards.

What to expect

	A full run-through of the fundamentals of SMART Board interactive whiteboards
	Interactive, hands-on activities that provide a chance to apply your skill
	The basics of Notebook Software
	Working with Notebook Files
	Creating Objects
	Editing Objects
	Manipulating Objects
	Using Gallery
	Attaching files, shortcuts and web links
	Exporting Information from Notebook

By the end of the session you will be able to

	Create and save flipcharts
	Utilize the gallery
	Have identified opportunities for the creative use of the interactive whiteboards
	Have explored a number of key presentations skills and techniques

Advanced course
The aim of this training session is to provide a thorough understanding of the interactive technology. In addition to the Smart Software we will introduce additional products and demonstrate how voting systems can be used to enhance your presentation.
